Day KAMP welcomes all breeds of well-mannered, sociable dogs who love to play with other dogs. Your dog’s day will be filled with fun, exercise, spoiling and attention, while in a controlled day care setting that will not reverse all the training you have done with your pet.
Each dog receives one-on-one time, rest time, and treat time with a skilled and practiced KAMP leader. They will also have many hours of play with other the dogs at KAMP in our large indoor and outdoor play yards.
Group “Sit” and “Wait” are highlighted events during the day, and there is even time out for a siesta. You’ll be happy knowing your family pet is getting physical, social, and training exercise all during the course of the day!
Day Care Requirements and Application
ENROLLMENT
We invite you to bring your dog by for a complimentary visit to see what our exceptional day KAMP is all about.
Call or email us to set up your appointment. Enrollment is stress-free and your dog’s veterinary records will be required.
RESERVATIONS
A reservation is the best way to guarantee a space for your dog in our day KAMP.
We require 24 hours’ notice in advance if your plans change and you will need to cancel your dogs stay for that day to avoid the full day’s KAMP fee.
HEALTH & HAPPINESS REQUIREMENTS
It is essential to us that your furry family member is neutered and house trained to ensure your dog enjoys a safe and healthy atmosphere while at Huntingdon Hounds.
Consequently, we need to have copy’s or written confirmation of:
- General good health, current vaccination (including Bordatella)
- Spay / neutered certificate for puppies over 6 months of age
- Completed, current enrollment application on file
- Is currently on flea control program
- Does not have an history of any aggressive behavior towards dogs or people
- Is a happy socialized dog
